Sugar Pumpkin is located in Junggu, Daegu, South Korea. It’s located down a seemingly normal side road that is full of coffee shops to visit. The closest subway exit is Kyung-dae Hospital on the Green Line (경대병원역, Line 2). It is open Monday – Sunday 10:00 – 23:00.
They sell a variety of items that you’d find in a regular coffee shop (seasonal cakes and cookies, coffee shop drinks) as well as bingsu. The most popular Instagram bingsu for the summer is their watermelon bingsu (수박빙수), which is what I had the pleasure of trying. It is more on the expensive side, because it literally comes inside half of a watermelon, at ₩13,000. It’s very easy to split bingsu amongst friends however, so do not be deterred by this price for one bingsu.
